Plasma-Tec opened for business in 1981.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a precision machining & thermal spray coating contract manufacturer, a job shop. Our sweet spot is wear components or parts from 1" to 8" in outer diameter (OD) and up to 60" in length. How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our thermal spray coating capabilities are unique. Our culture of love, honor & respect. Our flow management systems allow us to rapidly respond to our customers' needs with shorter lead times, guaranteed on-time delivery, fantastic "showroom" quality and personal service. When you call our offices, you get a REAL LIVE PERSON, not voicemail, who can help provide solutions. We have been consistently told by OEM partners that our quality, delivery and value are the best.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

US-131 to 142nd Avenue, head east on 142nd Avenue for about one (1) mile. Watch for the light blue "Moline Industrial Park" sign on the north (left) side of the road. Enter the Moline Industrial Park and drive to the end of the road. Turn to the north (to the right) and drive straight into our parking lot.
