How long have you been in business?
We established KSB Promotions in 1988.
What is your primary product or service?
We promote books and authors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been promoting books and authors since 1972, and publishing companies around the country. I have always loved books and even drove the Grand Rapids Library Bookmobile for two summers in the 1960s.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I don't know of other independent book promotion specialists in the area.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work from home and do not plan to expand.
What type of payments do you accept?
We break our contract so that it is payable in equal amounts over the 2 - 6 months we work on a project. We are paid by check.
Which areas do you service?
Worldwide.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?

Generally 9 - 5, M-F
