How long have you been in business?
We opened in November of 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
Fine jewerlry and jewelry repair. We do excellent repair work - everything from watch battery replacement to remounting of diamonds. Custom work is a strong suit as well.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have been in the jewelry business for 20+ years. GIA Diamonds Graduate 1998. CAD-CAM design.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most of what we sell is made here. We try to listen to what you want as opposed to selling you what we want.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One. Expanding to more is not in our plans. :-)
Provide detailed directions to your location
You can get off exit 52 on 96 or come out from Grand Rapids on Fulton Street (M-21) which becomes Main Street in downtown Lowell. We are just East of the Flat River - there is plenty of free parking on the South side of the street on the West side of our building.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, MC, VISA, Amex, Discover cards. Lay a ways welcome.
Which areas do you service?
We have customers from all over West Michigan.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Julie Claire DeVoe and Cliff Yankovich are the mom n pop in this Mom and Pop jewelry store. We are married AND we work together!
What are your hours of operation?
Tuesday - Wednesday 10-6, Thursday - Friday 10-7, Saturday 10-4.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
My friend said you did a great job for her.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Under promise and over deliver.
