THIRTY YEARS
What is your primary product or service?
News and information made available to people who are physically unable to read the printed pages i.e. blind, paralyzed, physically disabled to hold newspapers, magazines or any kind of printed material.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Physically created Grand Rapids first FM radio station more than thirty five years ago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are broadcasting world-wide on radio and on the Internet, directing our service to inform physically disabled people who are not able to read any printed language. Primarily service people who are blind.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office and studios are located at 213 Sheldon Boulevard SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The Sight Seer office and studios are located just outside of "downtown" at 213 Sheldon Boulevard, just off Cherry Street and Division Avenue.
What type of payments do you accept?
This is a free service to people who cannot read.
Which areas do you service?
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do have some nighttime office hours.Because we are a broadcasting service, it is free to all people who have computers and the Internet.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is a 501(C3) organization run by a Board of Directors, managed by Ken Van Prooyen, Director of the Board.
What are your hours of operation?
Twenty four hours a daily - 24/07
