How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1905.
What is your primary product or service?
We install and service heating & cooling products including forced air, boilers and geothermal. We also perform home energy & comfort audits to determine what areas of the home are wasting energy and creating comfort problem.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have three partners that have worked here for 20 - 30 years and purchased the business in 2001.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our technicians and installers are certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and National Comfort Institute (NCI. We offer a thorough examination of your home to minimize energy usage and maximize comfort.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location.

We are on the corner of Mill Creek Rd and North Park St. about 1 block east of the West River Dr and North Park St intersection. We are one block south of Comstock Park.

Along with cash or checks, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also offer financing for new equipment.

Our typical service are is bouded by the cities of Ionia, Newaygo and Wayland and the shore of Lake Michigan.

Our office is open from 7:30 to 5:00 and we have an operator that answers after hour calls calls and a service technician available 24 hours a day.
