How long have you been in business?
Over 14 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Custom write software with a primary focuses on intranet/internet applications, SQL data driven, Silverlight, Sharepoint, .NET technologies with extensive knowledge in inventory management, ecommerce and medical industries. We have expansive knowledge in developing for mobile platforms such as the iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile devices.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to work for a fortune 500 company that wrote software. There was plenty of opportunity to extend that experience out to help small to medium size businesses become more efficient and effective with the software they had. We are now working in the enterprise space as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are effective and efficient at being on time and on budget. Our architects and developers have years of experience scoping and implementing small to large scale applications. CQL also can host and manage the applications developed for its' clients. CQL prides itself in helping startups by taking on venture projects annualy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we are located in Grand Rapids. We don’t consider geo location boundaries to be an issue as the internet/intranet and app dev space we are in can easily be managed remotely. With today’s conferencing and workspace share capabilities, it’s easy and more cost effective for the client to be centrally located.

East Beltline, north of I96 about 1 to 1.5 miles, before Knapp, go east on Grand Ridge Dr, all the way back on the south side of the cul-de-sac.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Card, wire transfers, paypal.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Kevin M. Antel, Mark Lardieri, Mike Eldred and Doug VandenHoek are the owners of the company, with Mark filling the roll of CEO and Kevin as CFO/CIO. Doug manages the development team and Mike is the Chief Architect.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8-5 EST, Monday through Friday, closed on the Holidays, with the service side being available 24x7 to support hosted applicatons.
