How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a Veterinary Technical Assistant with 15 years of experience. My business partner has been a practicing Licensed Veterinary Technician for over 30 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
This isn't just a job for us, we truly care about pet welfare and are very active in several non-profit pet charities. Pets should be loved, cared for and protected. We consider our client's pets to be part of our extended pet family. We are also very customer service oriented. It's important to us to have a good relationship with the pet owner. We also offer hospice care services.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work in your home.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money order, paypal and limited credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We are available for daily visits all over the greater Grand Rapids area. We can accommodate out of town and even out of state clients for overnight care. We book up quickly so please call us ASAP to reserve your dates.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
There are 2 co-owners and additional staff.

24/7. We offer emergency service to clients only.

We are often told that owners feel as though they can finally and actually relax when on vacation because they know their pets and home are in good hands.
