How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I was in internaitonal business and M&A I could never find a health club that was open when I needed one.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only 18 and older 24-Hour health club and the only truly local (not a franchise) 24-Hour health club in West Michigan. Unlike the national chains, we make every effort to use only local suppliers and to provide discounts to all local public and private school employees, police officers, firefighters, and local businesses too small to attaract the attention of the national chains. We also have the lowest rates of any 24-Hour club.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently one location, plans for five more, all in Kent county, and two more in Kalamazoo.
Provide detailed directions to your location
If you take them north, the East Beltline and Plainfield Ave merge together and become Northland Drive. We are located at the intersection of Northland Drive, Plainfield Ave and the East Beltline. Five miles south of Rockford, Michigan and six miles north of the Grand Rapids city limits.

What are your hours of operation?
The club is open 24/7 for all current members. The Membership Office is open Monday - Thursday from 12:00pm - 7:00pm for walkins. All new members must come in to get their key and sign up during the Memberhsip Office hours.
