How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
I offer individual eyelash extensions to female customers who want to enhance their natural beauty or who just want a different look.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been in the beauty industry for 15 years. I am a graduate of Empire Beauty School.. I started off as a cosmetologist. The last few years I've been focused on the facial aspects of beauty..etc, facials, waxing, eyelashes and makeup application
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My lash extensions are one of a kind. They are light weight and look so natural that one can not distinguish whether or not they are artficial. Also my lashes tend to last aproximately 2-3 weeks, where as some of my competitors lashes lasts a few days.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location in Muskegon. I am currently looking to reopen my Grand Rapids location.. I plan to expand to a full service day spa where I will offer massages, facials, waxing, pedicures/manicures, body wraps, make-up applications and of course eyelash extensions.
What type of payments do you accept?
I only accept cash for payments
