Catering buffet, plated, and family style. Freshly prepared and served food.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I become interested in culinary arts in high school. I graduated from a local Vocational Center in Newaygo County with a culinary arts degree. I decided to open my catering business when my own chidern were getting married. We looked all over for the type of catering we wanted, but was not successful. So I opened my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am different from other catering companies because we are flexabile, dependaple, and friendly. We offer fresh home style cooking.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one store front but travel all over Michigan to any venue of your choice.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located about 20 minutes from Grand Rapids, Muskegun, or Big Rapids.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Visa and Master Card
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the sole owner and chef of the business. I have serveral wait staff.
