How long have you been in business?
We opened for business June 1, 2007. We are very excited to be growing into our 2nd year.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Restaurant Meal Delivery Service. We sell convenience. When you don't want to cook, or order another National Chain Pizza, we offer some more alternatives for you. Steak, Chicken, Pasta, Tacos, you name it we deliver it!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was sure I wasn't the only one who didn't want to drive to the restaurant, wait in line, then drive home with semi-hot food. It was really my own need for this service that prompted us to open.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on GREAT customer service. And our customers love us for it. We employ only the friendliest dispatchers and "Mobile Waiters" to ensure that your experience with Dine-In Delivery is an enjoyable one.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently deliver to most of the Grand Rapids area from 15 different area restaurants all across the city. We do have future plans to expand toward the lakeshore...
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash payment, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Which areas do you service?
Our delivery zones stretch from Jenison to Cascade - Byron Center to Downtown. Check our website for a detailed map of our delivery areas.
What are your hours of operation?
We are currently serving dinner Monday through Saturday from 5pm - 10pm. Winter hours are 5pm - 9pm.
